Danny Leong is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of leadership across the IT, telecommunications, fintech, and digital banking sectors. He led e-pay to become Malaysia's largest mobile prepaid reload and bill payment network, and later served as Group CEO of GHL Systems Berhad — driving its growth into the largest non-bank payment acceptance acquirer in ASEAN, recognised in The Edge's Billion Ringgit Club.

Since 2021, Danny has focused on strategic advisory and board-level leadership, founding MoonStone Advisers & Ventures to help IT and fintech companies navigate ASEAN expansion. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Board Member of the Consumer Credit Commission (CCC/SKP), an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair at Privasia Technology Berhad, and Chair of Vistage Malaysia — where he coaches and mentors business owners and CEOs across a diverse range of industries beyond fintech.
